Our mission is to take care of everything that has to be done to maximize your property’s value and keep you informed every step of the way.  This includes:

• Furnishing such services as leasing, renting, operating and managing your community.

• Acting as the “Communications Center”.

• Producing all necessary correspondence for employees of the property, as well as for residents.

• Soliciting bids for insurance renewals that are consistent with your requirements and with prudent management practices.  We also work with the insurance carrier on claims or losses, as necessary.

• Keeping current with legislative affairs that affect multi-family housing, acting according to human rights and fair housing laws and amendments.

• Preparing job descriptions, interviewing, screening, hiring and training all property employees.

• Executing all leases for you in the name of Mid Continent Management Corporation.
