Mid Continent Management offers a range of financial services to you and your organization based on our extensive experience and understanding of what our clients need and expect from us.  These include:

• Furnishing a $500,000 fidelity bond on all employees who handle funds.

• Collecting all monthly rents and other charges through our central office collection system.

• Following through with delinquencies as they involve such areas as unlawful detainer court, conciliation court or collections.

• Depositing all property income into a centralized trust account with computerized allocations for each property.

• Monthly reporting on specifically requested items for each property, such as rent roll, lease list, delinquencies or aged receivables.

• Providing financial statements for each month of operation, no later than the 15th of the following month.

• Preparing the budget with anticipation of annual expenses and capital improvements.
